Our appointment book is computers, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies will try to be seen anytime our clinic is open. But please keep in mind, clinic hours are not necessarily doctor hours. If you feel that you have an emergency with your pet, please call us and we can advise you on your particular emergency.

Emergency & Urgent Care

We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty six days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet’s life. Emergencies can be things such as accidental ingestion of rat poison, hit by a car, or chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment, do not hesitate to call us! If we have a doctor available, we will tell you to head on in. We advise you call before coming so that we do not have a doctor in the building, you can head straight to an emergency clinic.

We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life threatening. If you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment time, our veterinarians offer drop off appointments. This just means that our schedule is completely booked for the day but you can drop your pet off with us for a few hours and the doctors will look at them in between scheduled appointments before the end of the day. The doctor will give you a call once they have looked at your pet and inform you of their findings. You would then head back to the clinic to pick up your pet. We offer this service at no additional charge.
