Veterinary Doctors explained what was going on with our pets in way we could understand. They were honest about vaccines and their importance. The vet team at Westfield is THE best in the business. Over the last decade they've assisted our dog family - retrieving socks, yarn, and other unmentionables from intestines and bellies; run multiple Xrays and ultrasounds; treated tummy issues and Lyme's Disease; bad Doxie teeth; and have ultimately just loved on and taken care of our dogs like they were their own. Dr. Dupuy and the staff at Westfield have taken great care of my cats and dogs over the last few years. They are always very nice, respectful, and understanding of any concerns you may have about your pets. Recently we unfortunately had to say goodbye to one of our dogs. The staff at Westfield understands that pets are like family and exceeded our already high expectations for their end of life care. They let us have as much time as we wanted with our dog before and after the euthanasia, sent us a card in the mail signed by all of the staff which included nose and paw prints, as well as a clay paw print mold when we went to pick up her ashes. Losing a pet is hard but Westfield shows that they love each and every pet that comes through their doors as their own and I couldn't ask for better care!

I brought my dog here kind of on an emergency basis. Our normal vet is closed one day a week and of course, something was wrong with my dog on that day. I called for an appointment and they offered a drop-off at any time or a scheduled appointment time where I could go in with him. I chose the time where I could go in since it was a new place. They got us in right at our time, got my dog back ASAP and came back within a few minutes with a diagnosis. We were able to take care of it that day. My dog is usually not great with strangers, but I think he knew they were helping him. We will definitely be back!
